Agreement to terms
These terms govern your use of Volga Track's mobile app and web dashboards ("the Service"), operated by JT Freight Logistics LLC. By creating an account, joining a truck with an activation code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Who can use the Service
The Service is intended for use by authorized dispatchers, admins, drivers, carriers, and brokers connected to a Volga Track-managed account or organization. Driver access is provided through an activation code issued by dispatch, linking a specific device to a specific truck assignment.
What the Service is — and isn't
Volga Track provides dispatch coordination, load tracking, and visibility tools. It is not an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and does not satisfy FMCSA Hours-of-Service compliance requirements. It is not a substitute for a certified ELD, and carriers remain solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance, including Hours-of-Service rules.
Location tracking
Driver location is only collected while a driver has tracking actively turned on, as described in our
Privacy Policy. By using the driver app's tracking feature, you consent to that collection and sharing as described there.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login/activation credentials secure, and use the Service only for its intended purpose of coordinating and tracking freight shipments.
You're responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your work as a driver, dispatcher, carrier, or broker, independent of anything the Service does or doesn't do.
Brokers: cancelling loads and TONU
A broker can cancel their own load offer or booked load in the Service. Cancelling is free before the truck is booked, and after booking until the driver starts toward pickup.
Once the driver is on the way to pickup or at pickup, cancelling a booked load requires the broker to agree to a Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) fee, shown before the broker confirms (currently $150 per load). By confirming, the broker agrees to pay that fee, which JT Freight Logistics LLC invoices separately. We may reduce or waive a TONU at our discretion.
After the freight has been picked up, a load can't be cancelled in the Service; contact Volga Dispatch.
Account and access
Dispatchers and admins may revoke a driver's device access at any time (for example, when a driver leaves or a truck reassigns). Drivers can unlink their device at any time via Sign Out, and may request removal of their account and data through the app's Settings or by emailing us — see our
Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." GPS location data depends on device hardware, cellular/network connectivity, and conditions outside our control, and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JT Freight Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including damages related to shipment delays, location data accuracy or availability, or business decisions made based on information from the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify affected users directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
